The Story:
Owner-building a home is a massive undertaking, especially when the project spans 1,300sqm over three different levels. At Serenity Ridge, the stakes were high. We stepped in to handle the piers and the complex slab work, ensuring the foundation was millimetre-perfect. While the client was overseas, Matt took the lead, liaising directly with the excavation crews to keep the project on track and according to plan.
